This variant comes with red rubber on the joystick.
You also need a tri-wing screwdriver to disassemble the game controller.
Replacing the joystick takes about 15 minutes for the normal one, but be careful as it is easy to damage the contacts of the flat cables on the inside. If you do right, all contacts open easily, you should not have to take in to get something off.
Perfect for revitalizing Nintendo Switch game controllers as this part is usually the first thing that gets worn out.
