[We have found that a certain revision motherboard is unable to play Ps1 games and DVD movies region-free, it is most likely to have compatibility problems and the clock frequency chip drops signals. In some cases, you have to start the console and reset it twice when Modbologgan shows up to get them started, for us this worked 40-50% of the times on the machines that were running. ]
