NetCare AB may process your personal information in order to:

Manage your payments, the services you use and the customer relationship for the fulfillment of contracts under Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The processing of your personal data is required for us and you to be able to fulfill our obligations under the agreement. If the information is not provided, our commitments cannot be fulfilled and the agreement cannot be concluded. Shelf life is 3 years.

We must comply with relevant accounting legislation under Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR (Compliance with Legal Obligation). Shelf life is 7 years.

Your personal information may be used for communication with you such as to send you messages regarding our services and to contact you in questions concerning our customer service or our services.

Cookies and other tracking techniques

NetCare AB uses cookies. Cookies are small files that are temporarily stored on the device you use when you visit our website. How we handle the information you provide

We register names and address details and the goods you as a customer ordered from us. If you shop with credit cards from our website, we also register your social security number which is used for checking against the address book of the population register. The personal number is not stored in our customer register unless you are registered as a credit / invoice customer.

We do not sell the information to other companies.

We send newsletters to customers who have bought from us and who have provided their email address. If you do not want to receive the newsletter, simply click on a link to block their address against future mailings.

We can also send out advertising for our products by mail. If you do not want to receive such advertising, you can contact us and we will block your address against these mailings.

You can of course contact us to request that we correct or delete information. You have the right to request an extract once a year about the information we have registered about you.

"Cookies" are small files that your Internet browser stores on your hard drive at the request of certain websites you visit.

Our website uses "cookies" to keep track of the "shopping cart" with goods. If you block "cookies" from our website, the shopping cart will still work, but instead a so-called session variable which is visible in the address bar.
