Infectus v2 modchip with SPI flash, 360 PS2 Wii PS3

Infectus v2 is a powerful mod chip that works for a variety of consoles.

Xbox 360

The chip can be used as a firmware chip and is easily installed with the help of flat cables you buy.

If you have Hitachi 79 then there is a budget version of the chip that only works with Hitachi 79.

The chip can also be mounted on the NAND memory of the machine and thus can be read and written

the firmware on the machine. However, you cannot put over other people's firmware.

PS2

The chip can be used as an O2 MODCHIP and mounted as a regular modchip.

Wii

New 2008-04: Now there was "Wasabus" code for Infectus so that you can modify your WII with only 9 connections with this chip.

There is also code that makes this chip work in the same way as an ARGON, ie driver chip for the newer "D2C" - WII with serial number higher than LEH-1353.

- however, the versions usually drag a little, you should only use the chip for WII and we recommend an Argon. When this is written 2008-02-13 you have just released the "Wiiktus 1.4" code which makes this chip equivalent to the Argon 1.4 update which was released about 2 weeks earlier.

- USB programming adapter included with Infectus, the chip is delivered WITHOUT CODE so you have to enter the WIIKTUS code yourself. Argon comes pre-programmed and you have to buy an "Injectus" to update an Argon. It is NOT possible to update an Argon with the programmer belonging to Infectus (or program Infectus with Injectus) since Argon / Injectus runs on 3V and Infectus is a 5V chip.
