Wiikey 2 - the safest chip on the market

Wiikey2 blocks updates from other regions. You can start some games from other regions on a chip Wii as long as the system version is 4.1 or lower, if you have 4.2 or higher you can only start games from the same region as the Wii console.

Wiikey2 is easiest to mount on a Wii console with serial number approx. LEH100-LEH234

If you have a Wii with serial number LEH235 - LEH265 you may need to remove epoxy glue on the circuit board to solder the Wiikey2 chip

With the latest serial number (or numbers starting with LEM ***) you may need to change the control card or the entire reader in order to chip the Wii console. Most often, the Drivekey usually fits better with these models.

Also, be sure to order a GBA chisel so you can unscrew the special screws that are in the Wii console
